• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Certain products such as opened cosmetics or personal care items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

الاسترجاع

• يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه.

• بعض المنتجات مثل مستحضرات التجميل بعد الفتح غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

الاسترداد

• بعد استلام المنتج سنقوم بفحصه وإبلاغك بحالة طلب الاسترداد.

• إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-10 أيام عمل.

تكاليف الشحن

• العميل يتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
